Welcome to Fenrir Store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in laser cutting, engraving, and DTF printing. Many of our products are made to order. Slight variations in color, finish, or engraving may occur due to the nature of custom manufacturing.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after you submit them on the website.
• We currently accept payment methods arranged through WhatsApp (bank transfer, cash on delivery where available, or other agreed methods).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of order is the price you will pay.

4. Delivery

• We offer island-wide delivery in Sri Lanka.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after order confirmation (may vary for custom items).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Custom / Personalized Items

Custom engraved or printed items are made specifically for you. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a defect.

6. Returns, Re-prints & Refunds

• Contact us on WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery to request a return or refund. Include your order ID, the phone number used for the order, and the reason for your request.
• Standard, non-custom items may be returned for a refund, including for change of mind, if they are unused, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos or other evidence.
• Eligible refunds cover the item price only. Original delivery charges are not refundable. We will review the request and contact you with the next steps.
• For confirmed defects, we may also offer a free re-print or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

If you provide designs, logos, or text for custom products, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for any copyright or trademark issues related to the content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fenrir Store is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

10. Google Maps Content

Google Maps ratings and reviews shown on this website are provided by Google and are subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
