Welcome to Fenrir Store. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in laser cutting, engraving, and DTF printing. Many of our products are made to order. Slight variations in color, finish, or engraving may occur due to the nature of custom manufacturing.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp after you submit them on the website.
• We currently accept payment methods arranged through WhatsApp (bank transfer, cash on delivery where available, or other agreed methods).
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product cannot be fulfilled.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price shown at the time of order is the price you will pay.

4. Delivery

• We offer island-wide delivery in Sri Lanka.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days after order confirmation (may vary for custom items).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Custom / Personalized Items

Custom engraved or printed items are made specifically for you. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a defect.

6. Returns & Re-prints

• If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
• We offer a free re-print or replacement for confirmed defects.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind on custom products.

7. Intellectual Property

If you provide designs, logos, or text for custom products, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for any copyright or trademark issues related to the content you submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fenrir Store is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or delays in delivery.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
