4. Google Maps Reviews

We use the Google Places API to show public Google Maps ratings and reviews. Google may provide a reviewer's public Google account display name, profile photo, review, and profile link; it does not provide the reviewer's Gmail address to our website. Review information is requested from Google when the page loads and is not stored by us. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps Platform Terms.

5. Data Storage

Order information is stored securely using Firebase (Google). We keep your data only as long as needed for order processing and customer support.

6. WhatsApp Communication

When you place an order, order details may be sent to our WhatsApp number so we can confirm and process your order. By placing an order you agree to be contacted via WhatsApp regarding your purchase.

7. Cookies

We use a preference cookie to remember whether you accepted or rejected cookies. If you accept, your cart is saved in localStorage so it can be available on later visits. If you reject, the cart is kept in session storage for the current visit only. Product images are stored with the catalog and are not placed in cookies. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

To review a return or refund request, we use the order, contact, and item information you provide. For an item reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may ask you to send photos or other evidence through WhatsApp. We use this information to verify the issue, contact you about the request, and arrange an eligible refund or replacement.
